Follow these steps:

• Share your Google Doc with your partner (you can let them type their email address in the share box).
• After today, read your partner's paragraphs.
• Give feedback based on the PDF checklist.
• Use the comment function by highlighting the text you want to comment on.
• Click on the + button on the right of the doc.
• Write your comment and click save.

Quizlet
We began with a quiz on Quizlet. We also had some time in class to use Quizlet. 

The vocabulary for the test will be from our Quizlet set.


Unit 10 Homework
We checked our answers for Paraphrasing Practice, Language Focus, Vocabulary Extension, and Vocabulary Reinforcement in Unit 10.

As was introduced in class, Prefixsuffix.com is a useful site for learning more about the meanings of affixes (prefixes and suffixes).

Write 2-3 paragraphs about one of the chapters we have not studied (Units 11-16). Include additional information from 2 or more other English resources (at least one from a book). Be sure to follow the advice in the PDF (Becoming a Better Writer).
